Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery confirmation date.  All returns / exchanges should be insured to avoid damage or loss during transit. The buyer is responsible return postage except in the case where goods are faulty.  Proof of posting must be obtained.  Your return will be processed as soon as it is received. Please allow 3 – 10 days for this to reflect in your account.
